Traditional Portraits in Oil

A hand painted portrait is more than simply a likeness. It captures the spirit of your loved one.

  • 11x14, single person, head and shoulders w/simple background - $220

  • 16x20, single person, head to waist w/simple background - $320 (add 25% for second person)

  • 18x24, single person, head to waist w/simple background - $432 (add 25% for second person)

Prices do not include shipping (via USPS), shipping insurance, or packaging. Paintings can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. Foreign destinations are not available for shipping. Payment must be made in advance before work begins.

About my painting style...

All portraits are oil on stretched canvas. My portraits are an interpretation  of the picture you provide, rather than a copy. For portraits, I do not trace, so, there will be aesthetic decisions made while I'm working. Some deviation from the original photo should be expected. If you live in the Phoenix area and would like me to shoot new photos for your portrait, photography services are available at $75 per hour.
